As an account manager at Study Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partner agents and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators. Your role will involve developing and executing sales account plans, managing the end-to-end student journey from lead generation to arrival confirmation, and collaborating with product sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment. Qualifications Required:
B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
Experience with international education systems, with a preference for the UK education market
Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies
Experience in identifying customer business drivers and influencing buying behavior in line with customer value proposition
Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and industry challenges

Manage a strong partner network and ensure adherence to service level agreements to improve customer satisfaction
Represent Study Group and its brands at exhibitions and recruitment events
Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profiles for active management
Provide high-quality product and process training to agents
Monitor competitor activity to enhance in-market competitor awareness and analysis
Enable branding of products in the region through agent partners, academic partners, and digital channels
Work closely with university partners for joint activities in local markets and provide market insights for product development
