Key Responsibilities:
Design product features end-to-end, including discovery flows, UI launch iteration for dashboards, workflows, and configuration-heavy systems (KYC/KYB). - Translate complex and data-rich logic into intuitive user experiences. - Create design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI that are production-ready. - Consider states, edge cases, permissions, and failure scenarios deeply in your design process. - Develop and maintain reusable patterns and components to uphold a scalable design system (components, patterns, tokens, documentation). - Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers from defining problems to product launch. - Utilize feedback loops, user insights, internal operations feedback, and product metrics to enhance the overall user experience. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing production SaaS or B2B products. - Solid foundation in UX, UI, and interaction design. - Comfortable with designing complex, data-heavy interfaces. - Ability to clearly and logically explain design decisions. - Demonstrated preference for clarity, usability, and achieving desired outcomes. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
