Key Responsibilities:
Lead OakNorth's AI strategy within the People function, identifying, piloting, and scaling AI tools that enhance talent attraction, development, and retention. - Deploy and manage AI-powered tools across the People lifecycle, including intelligent CV screening, AI-assisted interview scoring, predictive attrition modeling, sentiment analysis, and workforce planning scenarios. - Own, administer, and optimize the full People technology stack, including HRIS, ATS, payroll integrations, and performance management platforms. - Define and maintain the People data architecture, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across all geographies. - Design and own OakNorth's People Data framework, including real-time dashboards, reports, and insights for evidence-based decision-making. - Oversee global payroll operations, benefits administration, core compensation operations, and day-to-day People Operations across India, the UK, and the US. - Audit existing People processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects to drive process excellence and scalability. Qualification Required:
710+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or People Data, preferably within a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services environment. - Proficiency in HRIS administration, People systems configuration, and advanced data skills. - Experience with AI tools in a People/HR context and knowledge of data privacy and AI ethics regulations. - AI-native mindset, systems thinking, data-first approach, commercially aware, operationally excellent, collaborative, and pragmatic mindset.
