Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. # Role
- Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
- Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc. - Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
- Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives
Profile
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo
- You have solid legal skills and reasoning
- You are autonomous, organized and structured
- You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
- You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
- You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
