Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. # Role

Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc. - Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives

Profile

You have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo
You have solid legal skills and reasoning
You are autonomous, organized and structured
You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
