As a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader in the Specialty Chemicals industry with 1520 years of proven experience, your role will involve building and leading the sales vertical, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving business expansion across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement go-to-market strategies for MSC's specialty chemical portfolio, including phenol derivatives and related products. - Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and channel development plans. - Coordinate with marketing, technical, and R&D teams for new product introductions and customer trials. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch. - Establish clear sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive structures. - Create a performance-driven, customer-focused sales culture. - Develop and execute strategies to expand sales across domestic and international markets. - Identify and penetrate new market segments and strategic customers. - Manage key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Forecast sales volumes, revenue, and growth plans in line with company objectives. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory developments. - Prepare regular reports and present sales performance to management. - Leverage the existing market network to introduce and supply product samples for customer testing and qualification. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and innovation. - Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 1520 years of proven sales and business development experience in the specialty or fine chemicals sector. - Proven experience in Phenol derivatives, polymer additives, antioxidants, photo stabilizers, heat stabilizers, and other specialty chemical segments. - Demonstrated experience in building and managing sales teams. - Strong track record in domestic and export market development. - In-depth knowledge of the specialty chemical industry, including raw materials, applications, and customer segments. - Strong network and relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
