1. Technical Expertise: Strong command of C/C++ (Python proficiency a plus) and solid experience working on Linux or other *NIX environments. 2. Hardware Know-How: Hands-on experience with CPU architectures (x86 preferred), BMC, BIOS, EEPROM, PCIe, SAS, and communication protocols such as I2C, SMBus, or PMBus. 3. Practical Experience: Skilled in working with hardware platforms — from design feedback and debugging to customer delivery and support. 4. Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams in a product development environment. 5.
