Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for various roles, conducting initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth internal hiring process, accurately inputting data into the system, and supporting the team in meeting hiring targets. **Key Responsibilities:**
Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for external requirements
Profile initial and behavioral interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate department interviews with appropriate managers
Ensure a smooth internal hiring process

Support the team in achieving hiring targets
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of BPO recruitment experience in volume hiring within a BPO/call center environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on a mid-shift to night shift schedule
