As a Scaled Engineering Services Application Development and Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in driving innovation within our Advisory practice. You will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, overseeing the development and operations of cutting-edge applications. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, leveraging your strategic planning skills and business acumen to deliver exceptional client support. You will play a pivotal role in managing client service accounts, developing high-quality deliverables, and fostering meaningful client relationships. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities Leading the development and operations of scalable software applications within a managed services environment Overseeing the implementation of application development methodologies, including Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver exceptional service and support Guiding teams in the use of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET for software engineering projects Lead development and support engagements, accelerating practical AI adoption across software engineering workflows. Coordinating the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards to maintain quality software development practices Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through strategic questioning and analytical thinking Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and software development methodologies across teams Confirming the integrity and security of software applications through rigorous testing and troubleshooting What You Must Have At least 12 years of experience Bachelor's Degree In lieu of a degree, individuals may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college in addition to the 12 years of experience required.
