COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· $51,500 base ($24.76 an hour annualized) + uncapped commission (OTE ~$85,000+ in Year 1)

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals via phone and email
· Understand customer needs and recommend tailored lead-generation solutions
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
· Make outbound calls to close new business
· Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals
· Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools
· Negotiate terms and guide customers through funding and product selection
· Stay current on multiple product offerings in a dynamic, multi-product environment
· Complete training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and internal systems
· Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall performance
QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
· Sales experience preferred (B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or customer-facing roles such as service industry)
· Ability to quickly learn complex products and industries
· High level of computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce is a plus
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Proven ability (or strong potential) to close deals in a fast-paced environment
· Coachable with a desire to grow within a sales organization
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
