As an experienced candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to develop the system architecture and project-specific presentations for clients and consultants. This will involve preparing pre-sales engineering documentation in line with the specifications provided. Your expertise will be crucial in the pre-sales design and estimation of Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems, Water Leak Detection (WLD) systems, Remote Radio Switching (RRS) systems, and Perimeter Security solutions. Additionally, you will be focusing on product trade penetration strategies, specifically targeting wireless sensors, IoT/IIoT Gateways, and power quality products. Your role will also entail generating proposals for pre-sales estimations, conducting customer presentations, and collaborating with the team for demos, industry events, and exhibitions. Establishing professional relationships with suppliers and partners, technical follow-up on proposals, stakeholder relationship mapping, and market intelligence activities will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be involved in tender/bid execution and sales negotiations to achieve monthly sales order conversion. Furthermore, you will provide project or service operations support, acting as a client account lead. Your administration activities will include daily and accurate CRM updates, management reporting with relevant data, sending purchase requisitions for product trades, and following up on payments for product supply-related invoices. For self-development, you will focus on understanding various business verticals and customer processes, self-learning technology/software tools, and enhancing recruitment skills related to company operations technologies. This will involve gaining knowledge in Analytical Control & Automation fundamentals, cloud-based Energy Management solutions, and Wireless & IoT solutions. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics & Communications/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience
3 years of solutions sales experience with Building Automation & ELV Systems
2-4 years of solutions and estimation experience in the development of Building Automation & ELV Systems
Additional qualifications preferred: Energy management & cloud solutions design, ownership/leadership skills, and extracurricular activities/leadership experience.
