Key Responsibilities:
Drive AI excellence and innovation: Advance AI integration across analytical projects, develop cutting-edge methodologies, and scale AI impact through strategic use of tools and technologies. - Lead a team of 6-10 data scientists: Manage performance, capability development, and career growth. - Deliver high-quality analytical solutions: Hold primary accountability for project delivery, stakeholder relationships, and delivery standards. - Establish quality and delivery standards: Develop quality assurance frameworks, documentation standards, and analytical methodologies across the team. Qualifications Required:
7+ years' experience in a highly technical analytics environment with expertise at Lead Analyst level or equivalent. - Strong proficiency in BigQuery SQL and data visualization tools. - Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage analytical deliverables. - Interest in people management, mentoring, and team development. - Success in managing stakeholders and delivering projects in deadline-driven environments. - Academic background in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or related discipline.
