Experience in consulting, strategy, CEO/COO/Group Office roles, or strategic roles in financial services. - Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills. - Ability to turn complex information into crisp storylines for senior stakeholders. - Experience working with cross-functional and global teams. - Strong understanding of financial services, technology, and emerging themes such as digital transformation and GenAI. - Advanced data, MI, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. - Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded operator. - Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and use public information sources to research market trends, recent news, and competitor activity.
