Application Engineering Technical Lead

Qualifications Required:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development architecture and system integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or Master's in Computer Applications
• Expertise in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership for enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, and monitoring tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in mentoring teams, establishing technical standards, and driving continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical owner and enforcer of Mobile COE best practices and standards
• Ensure architectural consistency with the rest of the enterprise mobile app
• Mentor junior iOS engineers and guide platform-aligned designs
• Review and validate technical designs for consistency across teams
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to platform policies
• Act as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, communicating technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies
• Maintain expertise in IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards
• Review, author, and approve technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Drive continuous improvement in technical standards, methodologies, and the adoption of emerging technologies
• Participate in product life cycle reviews and serve as a technical advisor across project meetings
• Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies
