Lead Product Manager Strategists are trusted advisors to senior stakeholders and are responsible for understanding their needs, driving commercial results and supporting them on their journey to providing more successful customer experiences. ## Job responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate and lead in a diverse, global business environment. - Showcase familiarity and curiosity regarding AI Tooling, integrating these technologies into the product lifecycle where applicable. - Execute research-oriented and data-driven strategies to improve understanding of user needs and product performance. - Apply extensive experience in market positioning to ensure products achieve and maintain a competitive edge. - Work at both the portfolio and product level, defining strategy and translating it into a roadmap with clear business and customer value-based measures. - Maintain a track record of delivering successful software products to market that provide outstanding customer experiences. - Utilize a deep understanding of user research and design methods to shape product development. - Apply a strong understanding of agile software development practices and product maintenance/support processes. - Demonstrate passion and perseverance for creating best-in-class software solutions. - Leverage data to quantify the value created for the customer and the business. ### Professional Skills
Have experience in establishing the foundation for long-term product success, aligning go-to-market execution with operational readiness. - Provide thought leadership and coaching to product teams, leveraging expertise in communication to facilitate workshops and resolve complex roadblocks. - Exhibit a bias for action by breaking down complex strategic problems into tangible steps that drive product development at speed. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine the best product-market fit, technical implementation, and release schedule. - Cultivate effective collaboration between teams by fostering open communication and advocating for shared outcomes. - Utilize a knack for prioritization to obtain buy-in from stakeholders and resolve conflicts as they arise. - Apply analytical skills to gather the right requirements and market data analysis to support tangible business value. - Use "right-brained" storytelling skills to synthesize research insights into clear, impactful messaging for stakeholders. - Motivate committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers through empathetic leadership. - Adapt quickly to changes in the market, ensuring the team remains focused on the most high-impact tasks.
