On the ground People support for all People-focused matters that may arise, either addressing directly or escalating to the appropriate teammate
Primary owner of ticketing system, triaging and answering support tickets
Supporting and coordinating onboarding for global hires, managing systems and data entry for new Cladiators as part of our broader onboarding program
Maintaining and managing data inputs into People-systems
Tracking completion of tasks and projects through the operating calendar
Support HR-related tasks and programs by working closely with the designated People and Programs partners, and supporting company culture initiatives. ## Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in People Operations, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. - Understanding and experience processing confidential information and private HR-related matters
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff. - Proficiency in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, or equivalent and other relevant tools. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered. ## Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $85,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
