- Strong senior stakeholder management, collaborating closely with CEOs, CHRO, and business leaders
- Expertise in data analysis, data crunching, and gap analysis, with the ability to design and implement solutions
- Leading HR analytics initiatives such as workforce planning, headcount tracking, and cost optimization
- Proficiency in headcount management and workforce data analysis with high data accuracy
- Experience in attrition and diversity analytics, driving insights and interventions
- Hands-on experience in dashboarding using Tableau or Power BI for leadership reporting
- Automation of HR processes using macros/tools to enhance efficiency
- Leading multiple analytics projects, delivering actionable insights, divisional analysis, and ensuring strong execution
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree (MBA/PG) in HR, Analytics, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce analytics
- Strong expertise in dashboard creating tools like Tableau or Power BI and advanced Excel
- Experience in headcount management, attrition, diversity analytics, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver actionable insights
