You are a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive who will be supporting the Key Account Management (Sales) team for the US region. Your role will involve assisting in client coordination, sales support activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
12 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management / Client Servicing
Prior experience working in US shift is mandatory/preferred
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with automation tools / CRM tools is a plus
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Support the KAM team in managing existing client accounts (Farming)
Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and coordination (primarily US clients)
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools
Maintain and update CRM/data records accurately
Coordinate internally with delivery and operations teams
Track project progress and ensure timely updates to clients
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling with guidance from KAMs
Support automation initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
