Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers via email/chat regarding inquiries, orders, billing, or service issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
• Meet performance metrics: response time, resolution time, CSAT, and quality scores.
• Understand company products/services to guide customers effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/HSC with relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good typing speed (3040 WPM for chat support roles)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM platforms
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
