As a Senior Test Automation Lead at Parle Biscuits, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust automation frameworks for SAP, web, mobile, and API testing to support the agile delivery model and cloud-first strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Test automation frameworks for SAP S/4 (including IBP), SAP BTP, web, and mobile applications. - Automate functional, regression, and integration tests using Tricentis Tosca for SAP and enterprise applications. - Create and manage Tosca test cases, modules, reusable components, and Test Scripts for end-to-end business processes. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP, Salesforce, Data Analytics) to define test strategies and ensure coverage. - Perform root cause analysis for test failures and drive continuous improvement. - Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce best practices in automation. - Ensure compliance with Parle's security and quality standards. Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Tricentis Tosca for SAP and enterprise application automation. - Experience in Model-Based Test Automation using Tosca. - Hands-on experience with Tosca Commander, TestCase Design, and ExecutionLists. - Knowledge of Tosca API Scan for API testing. - Proficiency in Java or Python for custom automation scripting. - Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and API testing tools. - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and TestNG/JUnit. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps). - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
Exposure to performance testing (JMeter). - Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure) and containerization (Docker). - Experience in data validation for analytics platforms (Databricks, Data Lakehouse). Qualifications:
