Act as an advisor and coach to directs on their work and team dynamics
Performance manage directs to enable engineers to operate at their highest potential
Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions, onboarding, guidance to staff, conducting performance evaluations, developing performance improvement plans, and taking corrective action as needed
Align engineers to the corporate and organization's strategy
Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
Evaluate and review new technologies on their applicability to product architecture and design
Present, evangelize, and communicate with partner teams and stakeholders
Get feedback and establish a continuous improvement process
Collaborate with partner teams

Deep understanding of the development and maintenance of DevOps Automation tools
Proficiency in software life cycle like Build/Release/Deploy and specialized in cloud automation through open-source DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins
Exposure to cloud platforms Networking (AWS, Azure) will be add-ons
Knowledge and proficiency in software engineering methodologies
Engineering and application delivery expertise
Demonstrated ability to guide and coach engineers

Experience in Change management

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other technical degree
10+ years of software management experience
