Senior Instock Planning Specialist (OHL Instock Planning) [L5]

• Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory-related teams and systems to maintain and optimize core queries, data pipelines, and performance dashboards
• Develop subject matter expertise in inventory policies, InStock planning, and inventory health, becoming a trusted resource for internal stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity by resolving inconsistencies in data logic, accuracy, and reporting standards across teams
• Design and enhance automated reporting tools, creating dashboards that deliver real-time insights and support strategic decision-making
• Leverage data proactively to uncover growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and deepen understanding of key business drivers
• Define strategic goals and metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive success on collaborative projects

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, planning, and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong customer-centric mindset
• Strong people skills – personable, able to influence stakeholders and peers of varying levels, including senior managers and directors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering workflows
• Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Background in e-commerce, internet-based businesses, or retail, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights in these domains
• Experience in statistical modeling and inventory/supply chain optimization
