Domain expertise in maintenance, EAM, and Plant Operations is preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP PM or IM Modules is a plus

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of Innovapptives connected worker platform for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations, and Supply Chain, focusing on industry verticals like Oil & Gas, Utilities, and more. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a high-impact product strategy aligned with the company's vision
Identify market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and translate customer insights into actionable plans
Drive product roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that differentiate from competitors
Foster a culture of speed and agility, ensuring rapid product iteration and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision and execution
Deeply understand target customers, conduct user research, and advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making, monitor key product metrics, and drive product success
Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, display leadership qualities, and mentor junior team members
