As a Digitalization & Automation Specialist at Graystone Capital, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling internal systems and workflows across different geographies. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing a SharePoint-based internal platform (CRM-style system) while implementing automation and data-led workflows to enhance operational efficiency and execution. You will need to collaborate closely with business teams to create practical, efficient, and widely adopted solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
**System Development & Digital Infrastructure**
Design and continuously enhance the internal SharePoint-based platform
Structure workflows, permissions, and data architecture for scalability and usability
Ensure alignment with business processes and operational needs
**Process Automation & Optimization**
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes
Build and deploy automation using industry-standard tools for improved execution speed
Refine processes for simplicity, reliability, and scalability
**Data & Business Intelligence**
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or equivalent tools
Standardize operational data for visibility and reporting purposes
Provide actionable insights and tracking mechanisms to enable teams
**Tools & Systems Integration**
Integrate various tools into a cohesive ecosystem
Manage data flows, APIs, and system connections for consistency and reliability
Ensure data integrity across platforms
**Operational Implementation & Adoption**
Collaborate with operational teams to understand needs and provide training
Drive implementation, training, and adoption of new tools and processes

**Qualification Required:**
**Experience**
3 to 6 years of experience in operations, digital transformation, or process automation roles
Hands-on experience with internal systems like SharePoint, CRM, and workflow tools
Experience in consulting, financial services, or structured environments is advantageous
**Technical Skills**
Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and data visualization tools
Strong expertise in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, system integrations, APIs, and automation platforms
