THE ROLE
Senior Recruiter, APAC - Supply Chain
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our talent team, with a focus on building high-quality pipelines, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and driving end-to-end recruitment for complex and multi-country roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience hiring across multiple APAC markets, a deep understanding of local talent landscapes, and a proven ability to influence, manage, and calibrate with regional leaders. This role requires exceptional sourcing capability, sound judgment on hiring standards, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-visibility searches while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non tech roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create well defined job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles
Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Global hiring experience is a huge plus
