What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with maintenance, quality, and supply chain priorities Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and performance management What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions Adaptability and accountability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Work Environment This role operates in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and moving mechanical equipment. The position requires regular presence on the plant floor and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
