As a Lead AI Engineer at DataFlow Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex AI projects while leading a team of talented AI Engineers. **Qualifications Required:**
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead engineer role
Expertise in designing and managing end-to-end MLOps architectures at scale
Deep knowledge of cloud-native ML services and infrastructure
Track record of deploying and maintaining high-impact AI systems in a commercial environment
Strong system design skills including API design, microservices, and distributed computing
Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence technical direction
In addition to the minimum qualifications, the following preferred qualifications are desirable:
Deep domain expertise in areas like Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Reinforcement Learning
Contributions to open-source ML projects or relevant publications
