- Manage end-to-end OTA operations (booking ticketing post-sales)
- Drive revenue from US/Canada routes
- Handle GDS operations (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
- Manage airline/consolidator coordination
- Reduce cancellations, chargebacks & improve booking quality
- Optimize call center performance (sales + support)
- Monitor fraud checks, payment flows & verification processes
