Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple project scrum teams within the Engineering Department, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products within agreed timelines. - Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective and maximum team participation. - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - Coach and mentor scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Track and communicate project progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into the project status. - Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that may affect team productivity, finding solutions collaboratively for smooth project execution. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. - Continuously assess and improve Agile processes and practices, implementing best practices and introducing new tools or techniques to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Required:
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing Agile development teams. - Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development practices. - Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices and values. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
