Your role will require you to have basic knowledge of system administration, networking, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Provide domain user support and manage Active Directory
Perform basic configuration and maintenance of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019)
Monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks and resolve connectivity issues
Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Handle firewall configuration and basic network security
Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc. - Manage email configuration (MS Outlook)
Maintain antivirus systems and ensure data backup processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues
