The role focuses on end-to-end CAD data management for PTC Creo and CATIA, ECAD integration with Siemens Xpedition. You will collaborate with Design, Electrical, and IT/PLM teams to ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective user adoption in Active Workspace. What You Will Do Implement and maintain Teamcenter integrations with Creo, CATIA—ensuring smooth MCAD authoring, and own day-to-day operational support and continuous improvement for Siemens Xpedition & Teamcenter integration—ensuring smooth ECAD authoring-to-PLM workflows, releases, metadata mapping, and BOM/product structure alignment in Teamcenter. Enable cross-domain collaboration between Mechanical and Electrical teams by supporting ECAD-MCAD exchange, change impact analysis, and maintaining data consistency across domains. Troubleshoot integration and data issues (check-in failures, dataset inconsistencies, structure mismatches, workflow errors), perform root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with relevant teams. Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and regression testing across environments (DEV/QA/PROD) to ensure integrations and manufacturing workflows remain stable. What You Need to Be Successful Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter, Creo, Catia, and Xpedition integration, including Active Workspace configuration, implementation, and knowledge in architecture, concepts, and components. Strong Teamcenter MCAD Integration (Creo, Catia) knowledge - Conceptual and Implementation Strong Teamcenter ECAD integrations (Mentor, Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, Zuken) knowledge - Conceptual and Implementation Strong Bill of Materials knowledge, DBOM, EBOM, MBOM, and BOM Alignment (D-EBOM and E-MBOM) Strong knowledge in Teamcenter Access Management Strong BMIDE knowledge and configuration Strong problem-solving skills with experience in performing root cause analysis and tracking issues to logical closure Strong Teamcenter implementation knowledge. Good English speaking skills. Bonus Points if You Have Experience in Teamcenter server customization (ITK, SOA and AW) Classification setup and attribute mapping strategies.
