As a Data Entry Support Specialist at Eqvista, you will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding process for our clients and ensuring accurate data entry on our software system. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing data entry support for onboarding clients onto our system
Assisting in the preparation of Support Articles on software features for clients
Contributing to the creation of Instruction Manuals for internal use
Collaborating with different teams on product development and project details
Handling ad hoc assignments as required
To qualify for this role, you should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
At least 1 year of experience in software/product-related SaaS
Previous experience in onboarding and data entry tasks
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong report writing and research skills
A passion for software products and staying updated on the latest technology trends
Ability to work remotely and manage your own deadlines
Excellent skills in Excel and Word
