• 4+ years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing responsibility. - 2+ years of experience in industry-related project management or construction management; may be concurrent with project experience. - Excellent communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving. - Knowledge of engineering/design terms, contracts, financials, and operations. - Proven ability to meet client expectations through effective project or construction management. - Strong decision-making, leadership, organization, and negotiation abilities. - Strong conflict management and resolution skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, construction management software, and understanding of construction processes/codes
