Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MS Access VBA Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Access application development, VBA scripting, SQL Server integration, and Power BI reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level database applications, creating dashboards and KPI reports, automating data workflows, and supporting production/database operations. The candidate should be capable of working independently, handling cross-functional technical support activities, and delivering scalable reporting and database solutions. Key Responsibilities
MS Access & VBA
4+ years of hands-on experience in MS Access VBA development. - Strong expertise in VBA scripting and automation. - Experience in designing and writing complex Access queries. - Experience creating Forms, Reports, Modules, Macros, and Functions. - Strong knowledge of error handling and debugging techniques in VBA. SQL Server & Database Skills
Experience with ODBC SQL Server connections. - Hands-on experience executing SQL Server Stored Procedures. - Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL. - Understanding of relational database concepts and performance optimization. Power BI
Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard and Report development. - Experience creating KPI dashboards and analytical reports. - Hands-on experience with:
Power BI Desktop
DAX
Power Query Editor
Data Modeling
Additional / Preferred Skills
SSIS (Added Advantage)
Knowledge of SSIS package development and execution. - Experience executing SSIS packages via SQL jobs and VBA code. - Understanding of ETL processes and data integration workflows. Automation & Scheduling
Knowledge of BAT file scripting. - Experience with Windows Task Scheduler automation. Collaboration & Tools
Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Forms. - Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system. Cloud & Infrastructure
Basic knowledge of AWS services. - Knowledge of FTP/SFTP file transfer processes. Candidate Profile
