Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the International Benefits and Mobility Partner across different regions. - Assist with benefits enrollments, vendor coordination, and data validation. - Help maintain benefits documentation, plan summaries, and knowledge resources. - Provide administrative support to the international mobility function. - Assist in the administration of leave of absence processes across multiple regions. - Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and internal policies while maintaining a consistent employee experience. - Apply standardized workflows and documentation to ensure consistency across regions. - Monitor regulatory changes and escalate impacts to the International Benefits and Mobility Partner. - Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews. - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience. - Support dashboards and metrics related to leave trends, utilization, and compliance. ### Benefits
