As a Data Analyst at Cencora, you will be responsible for performing data analysis to reveal insights that can drive more profitable decisions for the business. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to both internal and external customers. You will play a key role in assessing analytics and reporting needs, providing recommendations for enhanced solutions, and developing specifications for business intelligence tools. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing data to identify trends and notable changes
Developing visual representations of quantitative and qualitative data
Creating dashboards for clear visibility into business performance
Supporting the development of data management standards and processes
Utilizing business intelligence tools across all departments for detailed reporting and analysis
Interpreting data sets and paying attention to trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
Analyzing data for accuracy, process audit reports, and suggesting solutions for deficiencies
Clarifying data inconsistencies and providing technical assistance as necessary

Qualifications required for this role include:
3 years of experience in developing business analytics solutions
Proficiency with data visualization/BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and semantic data access mechanisms
Experience in analytics-enabled business process innovation
Knowledge of visualization techniques and User Experience design
Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
