As a Deputy Manager Human Resources at our partner organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting and strengthening HR functions, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, and HR Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Talent Acquisition**:
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans in collaboration with the HR Head. - Establish and grow a sustainable sourcing network and lead employer branding efforts. - Coordinate with various teams to assess staffing needs and maintain an updated Recruitment Tracker. - Create and promote employee referral programs to ensure a consistent talent pipeline. - Manage recruitment postings across platforms and provide timely updates to internal teams. - Lead the end-to-end selection processes, including screening, interviews, and the use of modern assessment tools. - Conduct background checks and prepare relevant reports. - Oversee onboarding processes, including inductions, satisfaction assessments, and briefing/de-briefing sessions. - Engage with recruitment agencies and oversee invoice processes. - **Organization Development**:
Contribute to the enhancement and revision of HR policies, manuals, and handbooks. - Assist in employee relations efforts, encompassing diversity, inclusion, compensation, and conflict resolution initiatives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and offer insights on learning and development strategies. - Recommend and implement retention and culture improvement strategies. - Drive key Organization Development initiatives by managing data collection, workshops, planning, and execution. - Design and facilitate employee engagement programs to nurture a lively work atmosphere. - **HR Team Support**:
Assist in appraisal processes, inductions, workshops, and training sessions. - Review and optimize joining documentation for efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with the HR Head and wider HR team on administrative and operational responsibilities. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess:
1-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, organizational development, or generalist roles. - Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills. - Enjoy working in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments. - Knowledge of nonprofit or development sector organizations would be advantageous.
