Junior Incident and Investigations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead rapid investigations into critical incidents, such as threats against child safety and violent extremism, utilizing internal tools and open-source intelligence techniques. - Serve as the primary point of contact for relevant parties within the company, including leadership, ensuring thorough documentation of all investigations. - Operate within a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to high-risk incidents promptly, coordinating stakeholders for effective incident response. - Draft real-time communications to leadership regarding incident status, impact assessment, and mitigation efforts. - Develop and maintain incident response playbooks for various critical harm scenarios and support post-mortem reviews to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in investigations, incident management, or policy enforcement on a social platform. - Experience in managing complex investigations with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to use data analysis and investigation tools to support fact-finding, with familiarity in online safety issues preferred. - Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to build processes from scratch. - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
