As a recruiter for this role, you will be responsible for the End to End recruitment lifecycle. This includes understanding the requirements and client's needs, shortlisting suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences, and negotiating rates/salaries with candidates. You will work on different job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., make timely submissions, and provide required information to the Leadership. Additionally, you will maintain regular reports and MIS, coordinate with candidates for interview timings and joining formalities, and recruit for junior and mid-management positions for technology roles. Qualifications Required:
Hands-on experience in IT mandates
Excellent candidate management skills
Good understanding of IT Permanent & Contractual Staffing Models
Strong stakeholder management, comprehension, and communication skills
Familiarity with technology, working with ATS, and generating MIS reports

Commitment to defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows
