As a Tech Lead, Systems Engineering at Fiserv, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the globally distributed, high-availability payment gateway platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with DevOps Engineers and agile development teams to continuously improve and automate the software development process and runtime environments. - Building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments. - Enhancing solutions reliably through Configuration as Code and GitOps. - Training, mentoring, and guiding junior DevOps engineers. - Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback. - Leading by example to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Communicating effectively across teams and time zones. Qualifications required for this role include:

BE/BTech, ME/MTech in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. - Extensive experience in DevOps practices and methodologies. - 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, ideally supporting high-availability, distributed systems. - Deep knowledge of AWS cloud platforms with hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). - Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI. - Strong skills in Kubernetes and Helm. - Advanced Programming Skills for Automation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and drive task completion. - Experience in applying GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot. - Leveraging ML, NLP, or AI automation to optimize workflows, testing, data analysis, or product development.
