End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and headhunting candidates. - Sourcing Strategy: Leverage job portals (Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. - Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates' communication skills, technical competence, cultural fit, and salary expectations. - Client & Candidate Coordination: Line up shortlisted candidates for final interviews, coordinate schedules, and follow up closely until onboarding. - Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate recruitment tracker and database daily. - Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly placement targets in a fast-paced recruitment consultancy environment. ### ### Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter (Consultancy/Placement agency background is highly preferred). - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Portal Knowledge: Hands-on experience with job boards, boolean search strings, and applicant tracking systems. - Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
