Assistant Manager - AML Monitoring & Inspection

As an Assistant Manager at Bank of America's Global Business Services in Hyderabad, you will be a part of the GBGM AML Monitoring and Inspection team, ensuring adherence to the bank's processes and standards. Your role will involve performing post-testing QA to maintain compliance with Customer Identification program/Client due diligence standards. Key Responsibilities:

Comply with Bank of America quality assurance standards and framework, documenting quality assurance activities, identifying training needs, and sharing inputs with operations. Demonstrate good personal computing, online research, and analytical abilities. Be detail-oriented, an independent thinker, and able to handle multiple cases concurrently requiring multi-tasking skills. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with partners, providing comprehensive, clear, and concise factual information in the M&I process. Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate information, make judgments, and draw conclusions to aid in critical decision-making processes.
