Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and optimize Jira workflows, transitions, automations, and validators across engineering and on-call operations. - Maintain accuracy of key Jira fields such as Component, Status, Hevo Error, and Awaiting User Input. - Build workflow improvements to reduce manual work and enforce process consistency. - Review Reliability Board incidents for correctness of data, validate mitigation timelines, and ensure audit-friendly reliability data. - Monitor on-call tickets, track stale tickets, and improve MTTR by ensuring accurate Jira data. - Build and maintain live dashboards in Jira and Tableau, provide engineering insights, and enable leadership to make decisions based on real-time metrics. - Build and maintain project templates, automation frameworks, and centralized trackers for engineering programs and initiatives. - Identify inefficiencies in workflows, implement automation-first solutions, and drive continuous improvement in process quality and operational governance. Qualifications:

12 years of total and relevant experience, ideally in a tech product startup. - Engineering or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
