Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software systems that exceed business expectations
- Contribute effectively to product backlog grooming sessions, providing realistic work breakdowns and effort estimations
- Develop secure and maintainable applications following Agile and DevOps principles
- Conduct unit testing and automated test scripts to achieve optimal test coverage
- Coordinate with testing and production support teams to ensure smooth transition and optimal system performance
- Practice DevOps with automation mindset and collaborate with data scientists and analytics/BI team
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote continuous improvement culture
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud-based platform development, scripting languages, unit testing tools, and containerization
- Hands-on experience with Agile development, DevOps tools, and site reliability engineering principles
- Professional degree in Computer Science or Engineering
