High School Diploma/GED. - A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in strategic relationship management, account management, or government relations within the defense industry. - Prior U.S. Air Force / Space Force service or senior leadership experience supporting relevant mission areas such as C5ISR, airborne communications, space systems, or autonomous platforms. - Established, verifiable network within key USAF/USSF organizations (e.g., AFLCMC Directorates, Space Systems Command, AFSOC, test units, and operational wings). - Expert knowledge of USAF/USSF mission structure, budgeting, and governance processes. - Demonstrated experience influencing acquisition and capability development in the DoD environment. - Exceptional executive-level communication and relationship-building skills. - Strategic thinking capability to independently drive long-range campaign planning. - Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts. - All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. - History of transitioning advanced communications technologies into Air Force or Space Force programs or fielding efforts. - Familiarity with airborne networking, resilient space-ground communications, and EW/spectrum dominance challenges in contested environments. - Track record of successfully shaping requirements for major DoD programs. Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing. - Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves. COMPENSATION
