As a Lead Analyst in Business Intelligence & Risk Reporting at FC Global Services India LLP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality, structure, and reliability of data essential for portfolio insights, risk reporting, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
Functional Skills:
A strong understanding of credit risk data and the banking domain. - Proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and explaining portfolio movements using data. - Experience in working with multiple upstream data sources and resolving data inconsistencies. - Knowledge of data lineage, metadata, and stakeholder collaboration. - Strong problem-solving and documentation skills with an analytical mindset. Technical Skills:
At least 7 years of experience in data wrangling and engineering. - Expertise in writing complex and optimized SQL queries. - Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end data preparation flows using Tableau Prep. - Familiarity with Alteryx, Python, Excel, SQL, and Tableau. - Understanding of data modeling, normalization, and large-volume datasets. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Risk Reporting and collaborate with data developers, dashboard developers, data product teams, and cross-functional teams. Developing analytics-ready credit risk datasets that are reusable and scalable. - Creating robust SQL transformation logic to handle complex data operations efficiently. - Building automated data preparation pipelines using Tableau Prep to minimize manual intervention. - Generating reusable data assets and datasets for various analytics and reporting use cases. - Providing Python-based analytics support for data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and automation. - Documenting data lineage, transformation logic, and issue resolution processes effectively.
