As a Manager Risk & Insurance at our corporate office in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving risk identification, mitigation, and insurance management for large-scale Solar & Wind EPC projects. Your responsibilities will include leading risk assessment and mitigation efforts across projects and functions, managing the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, handling various policies such as CAR, EAR, Marine, WC, PI, Liability, IAR & Business Interruption, ensuring compliance with contractual insurance requirements, maintaining risk registers, managing claims processes, coordinating with Projects, Finance, Legal, HSE & Procurement teams, and liaising with insurance vendors and third-party agencies. Key Responsibilities:

Lead risk assessment and mitigation across projects and functions

Manage end-to-end insurance lifecycle (placement, renewals, negotiations)

Handle policies including CAR, EAR, Marine, WC, PI, Liability, IAR & Business Interruption

Ensure compliance with contractual insurance requirements

Maintain risk registers and manage claims processes

Coordinate with Projects, Finance, Legal, HSE & Procurement teams

Liaise with insurance vendors and third-party agencies
