Support corporate direct tax and indirect tax (including VAT and withholding tax) compliance for Group entities, assisting with tax provisioning, reporting processes, and the timely preparation and submission of required tax documentation
Assist in the compilation of the qualified intermediary submissions to the US Internal Revenue Service
Analyse tax implications related to the Group’s international operations and provide insights that support strategic business decisions
Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, external tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate tax compliance and efficient resolution of tax-related matters
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, while contributing to tax optimisation initiatives, compliance improvements, and broader strategic tax projects
Support internal and external audits by preparing tax documentation, identifying potential tax risks, and assisting in the implementation of practical compliance solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification or tax diploma
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in taxation, ideally gained within tax firms, international advisory practices, or multinational corporate environments
Expertise in corporate and international tax principles, with exposure to areas such as corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, cross-border tax matters, or tax reporting within multinational organisations
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to clearly convey complex tax information to both finance professionals and non-tax stakeholders
