Production Planning Co-ordinator

As a Production & Skilled Trades personnel at Hitachi Energy India Limited, your role involves contributing to the leadership in high-voltage technology and ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of power networks. You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing principles
• Planning work schedules, managing shifts, and ensuring desired output by the team
• Assigning duties to employees and trainees, overseeing their progress
• Ensuring daily production goals are met
• Creating production process reports
• Having a full understanding of industry safety standards To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
• B.E/ B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics with at least 3+ years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Technical Qualification in Engineering with experience in handling trainees and achieving work targets
