Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics to support LCS operational, financial, quality, and performance objectives. - Translate requirements into analytical solutions, refine scope, priorities, and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders. - Ensure BI deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with LCS data definitions and standards. - Support self-service BI adoption by providing clear, intuitive reporting and guidance to users. - Mentor and support a team of BI analysts, providing direction, coaching, and technical guidance. - Assure quality of BI outputs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and business relevance. - Foster a collaborative team culture focused on learning and best practices. - Operate in alignment with data governance frameworks and identify data quality issues for resolution. - Build BI solutions that leverage well-defined data to support advanced analytics and AI-ready use cases. - Collaborate with stakeholders, present insights clearly, and build strong relationships across functions. Qualifications Required:

8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, including dashboarding and reporting. - Solid understanding of data structures, metrics, and business logic in a services or operations-focused environment. - Experience working with multiple data sources and addressing data consistency and quality challenges. - Prior experience leading BI analysts or similar technical contributors. - Familiarity with data governance concepts and their importance to analytics and AI success. - Experienced people manager with direct and indirect leadership experience.
