Proven experience as a People Lead, Head of People, or senior People Partner at a fast-growing tech company
Track record of building and scaling people functions through hypergrowth (15β50, 50β150+)
Experience at exceptional companies with strong cultures (top-tier startups, scale-ups, or FAANG)
Deep hands-on execution mindset β you're a builder who rolls up their sleeves
Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence
Experience designing people processes, frameworks, and org structures from scratch
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
Excellent coach and advisor to founders and leadership teams
Clear communicator who can influence and build trust across all levels
Metrics-driven with a high bar for execution and impact
Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and energized by 0β1 building in fast-paced environments
Experience with UK/European employment law and compliance preferred
